Doesn't connect ti WiFi even though it thinks it has

When I turn on the Core one + after a few seconds it announces "WiFi connection successful". If I look at the WiFi status it shows an address on my local subnet. Yet it does not respond to a ping, and Slicer claims no printer found.

If I push the reset button, when it come up again it works. Sometimes it takes more than one reset. The Buddy Camera is the same, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Any ideas?

how to select the right layer for color change

I created a logo-panel using Freecad and wanted to use two colours on my Prusa CoreOne+. So Imported the stl file into the slicer and went to the layer where I thought the text began to print. The colour change was executed. But unfortunately the complete layer and background where printed in the changed colour. So all has the same colour now... How, to get only the text and in this case also a border in the different colour? In the slicer I found it very hard to see, and decide where to start the colour change? Any advice or "pro" tips how to get this?

How to increase printer software limits Chamber Max Temp

I have this chamber heater I made and the goal is to get to 65C chambe temperature. However, when ever the chamber themistory reaches 60C the printer puts up this message about excessive temperatures and turns on the chamber fans until it drops to 55C.

I suspect the printer would be completley fine at 65C, so for that reason I don't want this feature to activate until 70C. How would I even go about changing this? I don't see anything in printer settings, so I am assuming it would have to be deeper than that. I thought I would ask because atp I have no idea.

PLA+ se dostatečně neslévá, kde je chyba?

Tisknu s PLA+ a na mnoha místech se dostatečně nespojuje , vypadá to třeba takhle:

Je to vidět hlavně v perimetru, ale top infill taky nedopadl nejlíp. Viz jak to vypadalo ve sliceru:

Na krabici s filamentem (PLA+ od Filament PM) je doporučená teplota trysky 190-210°C, zkusil jsem i 215°C, ale pořád se to chová takhle. Dvoubarevný tisk s PLA+ dopadl takhle:

Předpokládám, že je to filamentem, protože u stejného výtisku z klasického PLA ty dráhy trysky nejde skoro najít, ale jistý si nejsem ničím. Tištěno na Prusa MINI+IS.

Co bych mohl vyzkoušet, aby se to líp slévalo?

I needed to buy more PC Blend for my project and saw a 2kg spool and thought: "Perfect! this is the amount I need" but when I looked at the price it's $55/kg however a single 900g spool is $51/kg. Why is it $4/kg more to buy in bulk?

FINDA FILAM STUCK appears during print when PLA materials runs out... Help!

We're using a Core One with an MMU3 attachment and were in mid-print when the FINDA FILAM. STUCK error appeared.

We thought the MMU3 would automatically switched to a different filament when that happened. Currently, the Core One's screen only allows us to Retry. It does not allow us to access the settings to unload/load filament or do any troubleshooting on the machine without resetting the whole thing.

Here are the questions we have:

1. Why did the MMU3 not switch to the other filament?

2. Why can't you access the menu or have an option to manually switch filaments mid-print?

3. Is it possible/how do you resume the print if you shut down the machine and turn it back on?...This is what we're considering but haven't gone through with it yet.

If you insert {initial_extruder} in the filename the slicer is producing it starts counting with 0 (zero) for the first extruder. his should be 1 (one) because the mmu3 unit also has the extruder labeled 1 to 5 and not 0 to 4. Used slicer is version 2.9.4.

It is not really a bug but annoying 🤔

switch to any other, like "print history" , and back:

if you open this well into a print, and see printing time <1m ... you know something is wrong.

My objects are slicing weirdly

Hello

I designed a bunch of tags to label my filament on my reprack in autodesk fusion. They are multicolor, with the letters being a different color from the rest of the tags. The letters start at the surface and go to a depth of 0,8mm.

I placed them into prusaslicer to print. So far so good

But when i slice the tags, some of the letters get cut off, as if they were offset from the build plate, which they are not

Even weirder: when i cut off the tag on the bottom (within the slicer), to make sure it is flat and has full contact with the build plate, it still does not render the last two letters of "PETG"

Any Idea as to why that might be? Project file: tags
