Large Camera Arm parts from Alexandre Chappel slicing suggestions
I have 4 very large part prints to complete to assemble Alexandre Chappel camera arm design. I have modified the parts for 1.5-inch aluminum tubing. X dimension on the original part is 250mm. If I did not change the dimension to under 25omm it would not slice. Printing with no brim, PRUSA PLA Galaxy black. 30% Infill. I have attached a screenshot of where my current settings. I sent an email to Alex, but thought I would check with the larger community.

Little tip for getting help on the forum. Save your project from Prusa Slicer (File>Save Project as). This will save a .3mf file. The 3mf file contains the model as well as ALL your settings. Its a snap shot. It allows interested users to slice, modify and look at the preview to iterate possible 'fixes' quickly, and basically makes helping you much much easier.
Take that 3mf file and zip it up. You do have to zip into an archive to get the forum to allow the file attachment though. It wont warn you its not attaching, it just wont if its not zipped up.

I purchased the plans and model. I am waiting to hear from Alex to see if he has a suggestion. His notes printing notes say you need a printer that will handle 250mm and I know he used a Prusa. https://www.alch.shop/shop/p/3d-printed-sliding-camera-arm I think my next step will be to shave off the dimension in 3ds max to give me control over what is being scaled. If I change the dimension slightly it is ok and will slice. I did not see any obvious override other than turning the skirt off.

To me, intuitively, it looks like it should print fine.
I've had a couple of prints which pushed the boundaries of the build space as well. I see that you've turned off skirt/brim, which is the trick to being able to use the entire plate.
249.95mm is well within a fraction of a percent of 250, and should be within the tolerance of the machine.
My gut says that your print will work without supports, since the major angles look to be 45 degrees or so.
The bridging toward the top, the top of those oval pockets, should be OK, but if this were my project I would do a test print first, chopping off a slice of the top part, including one of those oval pockets, so I did not risk wasting 2+ days and over half of a spool of filament.

Fantastic tips, and planning for success with overnight printing and the parts being 600 grams and up. The other 3 parts are all at 250mm so I will be using the same process. The designer had a later video on 3d printing where he suggested a 0.6 mm nozzle to speed up printing. I just want to get them going as they are the final parts to complete. Thank you for the timely advisement.

I support the idea of the 0.6mm nozzle as it will be stronger, faster and the parts will look absolutely fine.
