I stopped the print job and even though I have printed as recently as yesterday this has happened. Praying it's simply a loose screw but before I started messing around, I figured I'd ask for advice since someone else may have run into the same issue. No screws or anything laying around inside. thoughts?

(I've attached a video so you can see the problem.)

Thanks in advance!!
