Is there a way to not print perimeters on just specific parts of a print...
I am printing an object that needs to be printed in two halves and then glued together. Where the parts glue together looks funky because of the perimeters. See image for example.

I’m sorry but that picture is so tiny and blurry that nothing can be made out as to your actual issue.

@neophyl
Weird, it opens as a somewhat small photo but definitely not blurry a photo for me. Hmmm.
Here it is again. I drew an arrow. But the description above should be enough.

Sorry, I'm going to leave this to some one else to help with, I just don't understand what you are trying to point out with your arrow. Or your description.
I see 2 ? of what looks like could be black parts, with rough very possibly over extruded top layers. The left one has some white text and what look like white deposits on it. Theres an arrow that could be pointing at a feature of the print or is that supposed to be the join between 2 parts ? Without any context or details pictures of the parts as they are and as you expect them to be its unclear what is going on.
