if(perimiter overhang) {fan = 255}? , what would be the accurate function?

This is the only and most important feature missing for me. i print ONLY petg and its leaky on the perimiters.

i used superslicer with it but its way too messy, i'd rather to use the original prusa slicer. Can i acheve this via custom gcode?

You can control the fan with G-code of course, but to my knowledge there is no placeholder in PrusaSlicer that indicates when there is (or is not) an overhang in the model.
