I need to define the "start point" of the print but can't find an option to do that??
Prusa slicer is generating an error in slicing my file. I know why its doing it (its a vase mode thing) and I know how to fix it. I just can't figure out how to make prusa slicer do it...
Vase mode is a weird critter when you start to get "complex" (I make multi surface multi wall vase mode stuff)
I NEED the start point to be the "center" of the bed. right smack in the middle. then it will properly calculate the vase slice. since its starting from a corner there is an "error" that forms where it goes "out of bounds" of the vase mode print
Attached is a screen shot of the slice. see that errant extrusion on the left side crossing the hollow tube? that is an "algo error" in the vase slice. Simplify 3D does exactly the same thing if the slice starts in the wrong spot. if I set the slice to start smack in the middle of the part (150x150 in this case) that will go away.
Suggestions?

Sorry no, I don't know of any way to make it do that. You might need to raise an issue at the github repository explaining the problem in detail for the developers.

I have a suggestion for you.
I don't have your project file so I can't check that this will work in your specific situation, however you might try adding a Negative Volume to your print. Using the Original perimeter Gen, add a Cylinder in the form of a "Negative Volume" to your Object. make the Cylinder tiny 0.4 by Z 0.2 or whatever your first layer is, place the NV in the center of the build surface and make sure it been dropped to the bed. It should print first, I can think of a couple other ways to do this, but without the project file and being able to deal with the specifics of the project it's not worth all the time explaining.
If in the future you do decide to provide a Project file, It needs to be the project file exported as .3mf from prusaslicer and the file has to be zipped up in order to attach it to the prusa forums [add media] button. If it's not zipped it won't attach.
Good luck, I Hope this helps.
