how to get consistant layer times (like BambuStudio)

I recently discovered a difference between prusa slicer and bambu studio (default settings) and wanted to ask if this is possible in prusa too.

when I  make a custom profile in prusa slicer (2,7), I mostly use a dedicated speed, i.e. 60mm/s, this has the outcome that layer times for most layers are different

(I wonder why prusa slicer is not homogenous with this sphere)

when I slice this with my bambu studio by default layer times am mostly identical

I was able to find a setting which slows down the print if layer time is above a specific value, but in this case I always have to do calculations especially for every print.

Is there a setting which does this automatically like bambu ?

If I use all default settings not-IS i get something that matches your second image.

If I use all default settings with IS I get something that looks like your first image.

So I suspect your custom settings between the two slicers are not as equal as you think they are.

The area printed per layer near the 'poles'of the sphere is considerably less than at the equator.  Why would you expect the times to be similar?

SLA printers that expose a whole layer at a time are naturally constant speed.

@ BaconFase

what is not-IS i or with IS I?

@Diem

yes you are right the poles are much slower, but in general bambu does this to most of the lines, besides extreme values

IS = Input Shaper
