How to copy Variable Layer Heights or Set Variable Layer Height for entire plate?

Hello, I've searched for how to set variable layer heights for all object on a plate.  Ideally I'd like to copy the layer heights for one object and apply them to every other object on the plate for MMU3 purposes.

My exact need is I have four identical "Shroud Cover" objects (Four corners of plate) that need correct color (and the gold filament has been bleeding into the white filament).  I also was asked to print four prototypes (center of plate) where color isn't important.  I set the prototypes to "Wipe to object".  Unfortunately adding the prototypes breaks the wipe tower because the variable layer height isn't shared.

I even went so far as to add the prototypes to a copy of the shroud covers as four additional parts.  Then I set the extra shroud cover above the other parts and added a "Pause" g-Code instruction so I could abort the print when the real parts were done.  This made the wipe tower huge and prevents me from printing.

I'm resigned to giving up, but if there is a way to do this I'd love to know.  If there is not a way there really should be.

@jamesan

Please post a Zipped up copy of your Project file.3mf exported from PrusaSlicer.

It should include all the Objects and Settings you want to be used in the project.

I attached a .3mf that throws an error whenever the slice command is run. This is the file from the image in my first post right after I removed the 5th shroud from the group that contained the "Wipe into object" prototype digits.  Removing the 5th shroud changed the variable layer height of the prototype digits to constant thickness layer heights.

Unfortunately I kept working with the .3mf and don't have the exact version I posted.

I eventually gave up and printed with the same layer height to get the print done.
