I have never seen any. I’m not sure you can as that would involve changing code too so unless you want to modify the software and recompile and then distribute your own version ?

All the code is of course available on the Prusa Slicer GitHub if you want to examine it and go that route.

In the Configuration Wizard in the left panel there is Custom Printer. If you place a checkmark in Define a custom printer profile, you activate more options in the left panel to enter your printer parameters/dimensions. Go from there. No changing code or recompiling necessary. I never tried this so I cannot say if you have to do a lot of finetuning of the settings to get it working for your printer. But the settings as such are there.

The original poster didn’t say that wanted to add a custom printer using the wizard, they said they wanted to add a custom printer TO the wizard. Very different request.

RE:

If I remember correctly, you could add a printer to the list by opening a pull request at https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer-settings .
But this is for mass-produced printers. Not some custom ones someone has built in their garage.

And I don't see a need for this, 'cause you could just copy your custom printer profile as a file to every computer you need it on.
