Help printing small fallout power armor model

I’m trying to print a 2” tall figurine with my ender 3 but having some difficulty with the support settings. I’m brand new to 3d printing and I’ve already learned a bit to make some stuff successfully but haven’t needed to use supports yet. What settings should I use for this specifically for the supports cuz I can’t really find anything helpful for this situation. I have the stock nozzle and I saw I need a smaller one but just for fun while I wait for that what do you guys suggest??

To print a 20 inch Fallout power armor model with an Ender 3, you'll need a support angle of around 50–60°, a support density of 10–15%, and a Z distance between the model and the support of 0.2–0.25 mm. With the default printhead, reducing the print speed to 40–50 mm/s will work better.
