Very occasionally: no print whatsoever (SL1S)

I've had this happen twice now with my SL1S (upgraded from an SL1 a few months ago): everything appears normal but, when the print completes, there is no print. Nothing whatsoever has solidified, either on the print plate or in the reservoir or on the film, absolutely nothing, I have a reservoir of liquid resin and a damp print plate, that is it. It is like as if the UV light never came on; no alarms, nothing untoward, just no solidified resin. Run the print again, no movement of anything, and the print is fine and dandy.

According to the system log I have done 282 prints (I'm assuming the count is since upgrading) and this has happened twice. When it happened today it was on an occasion when I had not quite put enough resin in the reservoir: I had cancelled the print job and then pressed reprint after filling the reservoir up properly. I can't say whether the previous occasion when this happened was under the same set of circumstances, since this occurs relatively rarely (I was just finishing off a bottle).

It feels to me like a FW bug (I am on FW 1.8.0).

Has anyone else experienced this?

Filament Change with MMU3 takes five minutes

Normal wipe tower operation up until the point where it should retract the filament. At that point it just cycles back and forth like it is wiping, but no filament is extruded. After about five minutes of this, it retracts the filament and makes the change. Next filament change results in the same cycle.

All kind of funny when I got an email telling me how fast the new firmware would change filaments.

When I get a chance, I'll try the same model with PLA to see if that is connected.

Clicking noise coming from extruder. This started about 3 weeks ago, I have not been able to print. I've had this CORE ONE for about 5 months. The noise was very noticeable. I disassemble the extruder, cleaned the gears and put it back in place. I tuned the belt and recalibrate everything. The sound got somewhat better but it is still not printing right. Not sure if is the motor the nozzle ( which I also cleaned many times).

Extruder crashing into wipe tower after update

This is happening on my CoreOne+. I've got the Coreboxx on top with active smart rewinders by @mire.

I've tried adjusting settings on the wipe tower, and it makes no difference. Eventually the extruder crashes and ruins the print. I've tried this print three times now.

I've just updated to the "new" firmware, and on my first print I had the layers shift. This happened three times. The culprit is the wipe tower. For some reason, large blobs of filament are deposited into the wipe tower on filament change. Eventually, the buildup will cause the extruder to drag and the motors will skip steps. This is happening on my CoreOne+. I've got the Coreboxx on top with active smart rewinders by @mire. Attached is a pic of one of the wipe towers. Strange IP address

I'm probably a bit paranoid but I run Little Snitch on my Mac to monitor outgoing internet activity, this flags any IP connections that I haven't authorised. All of a sudden I'm being notified that PrusaSlicer is trying to connect with 86.165.229.84 (normally IP addresses are resolved to a domain by a suitable DNS so the fact that this isn't resolved is itself suspicious) - does anyone know what this IP address is?

Home network addresses are always 192.168.x.x so this isn't a local connection.

I'm running PrusaSlicer v2.9.4 and this connection pops up whenever I select the camera (buddy cam) in Prusa Connect
