Gaps between layers at tips of model
Hello,
I have been trying to slice some models from MZ4250, but I get some missing layers at some of the tips. Is there a way to fix this?

It seems that switching the perimeter generator from Arachne to Classic fixed the issue...

You can also adjust the Arachne settings to combat this too but it’s usually easier just to go back to classic unless you really need Arachne e for other parts of the model.

I'm still seeing this problem as well running Version 2.8.1+win64
Arachne is great for print speed but I've realized it's been killing anything I try to print with fine details.

The arachne settings are not one size fits all. Experiment with the settings for your specific models.
The provided profiles are there as a starting point, do not rely on them as the be all and end all. They are not.
