Flow multiplier based on volumetric flow rate

For those good with open source or beta builds, I'm looking for some help.

I've been running a my MK3+ with the a 0.8 CHT nozzle for around a year now with good success making my larger structural type parts.

The latest add of the volumetric slope rate and setting that to 1 has fixed my seem boogers.  Internal to the nozzle the filament compresses and this gives time for that to occur.

Now digging into the next referencing CNCkitchen once above 20 mm^3/s flow starts to drop off, I'm seeing this in my prints.  I have my max at 25 mm^3/s and typically only hit those speeds in large fill areas.  I'm under extruding in these areas but if turn up the multiplier I end over extruding at lower speeds.

Is there a way to add an axis to the flow multiplier base on flow rate? 5 points would be enough I'd think.
