First time using a 0.8mm nozzle. error bonanza
Hey guys,
started hobby printing a year ago and always printed with my standard 0.4mm nozzle. Never had any issues.
Now i changed nozzle to 0.8mm and everything just stopped working for me.
I found that i could add my nozzle diameter in the prusaslicer configuration assistent. but nothing happens after that.
i thought there would be preset printsettings for my 0.8mm nozzle.
the second i adjust a parameter myself the army of errors start

Besides adding the .8mm nozzle in the config wizard, you also have to choose a different printer in the slicer, there now should be one that ends with "+ 0.8 nozzle" in the end. Are you sure you did that? In this case appropriate presets should be active.

Which version of slicer have you got?
Have you dropped down the configuration menu bar, chosen Configuration wizard, chosen your printer model and ticked the alternate nozle sizes?

this is the page I mentioned , in Prusa Slicer
As you can see,
I Have a Mk3, a Mk3S without MMU and a Mk3S with MMU
You only need to select the printers that you have and the nozzles that you want to use

Hi Joan,
I'm not sure whether we're talking about the same page. I just wanted to make sure the OP chose the correct nozzle on the main slicer window (wich you can only do after having selected the nozzle in the config wizard, of course).

Mike
