Finished look on overhangs
There is a layer that shows through these small cutouts in my print (red arrows in image). The image views the cutouts from the bottom of the print. I would like them to look more finished--similar to the shells of a print. Since these are overhangs, would putting supports under them do the trick? Any other advice? Attached is the gcode I used. It's being printed on a Prusa Mini (with a PEI sheet that has seen better days).

The only way I know to improve the appearance of prints with this type of bridging or very steep overhangs, is print a separate object under the bridged surfaces that is printed with a soluble filament like PVA. Assuming of course that you are looking for a more smooth appearance.
There are some post processing techniques that might make an improvement, but that doesn't seem to be what your after.

Agree with Lynn. Support would be a waste of time and material, it might even make them look worse. As if you go close enough to get a flat bottom the supports will weld themselves to the part. Unless in a soluble material. As you are using a mini that's not really a practical option.
Btw to attach anything to a post here it pretty much must be ZIPPED into a zip archive (not rar). And gcode is not really useful, the preferred method is to save your project from Prusa Slicer (File>Save Project As). That generates a 3mf file with the models as well as all the settings you are using, placement, modifiers etc. Its a complete snapshot. With a project anyone can slice it the same as you and then examine all the preview options etc.
You could experiment with bridge flow but I don't think you are going to get those much better with a Mini than they are.

Thanks for the replies. I can rethink the design of the model to prevent the issue. I just wanted to make sure there weren't any quick, obvious fixes.

You could try printing it upside down as opposed now.
Or rotate it so it is printed vertically on the thin edge and then you will have issues in other areas due overhangs but maybe they would not be that visible 😉
