Feature Request - Hole Compensation

Can there be a consideration on adding hole compensation to PrusaSlicer? There is XY Size Compensation which is for the contour, or outside of the model, but when you need the holes (inner) to also be accurate, I just can't use Prusa. I've seen others suggest this and am disappointed that there is no consideration of it's implementation.

RE: Feature Request - Hole Compensation

As a small business focused on precision and quality, hole compensation would be an incredibly useful feature for us. It would enhance our ability to accurately manage designs, especially for complex parts. Having this feature would make our workflow much more efficient and help ensure consistency across projects.

Hole compensation might have a place for those who have no control over the original files but for those that do it's far better to calibrate in CAD - it will differ according to which filaments are used so a simple parametric gain is best.

Cheerio,

Glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. Would definitely be a useful feature when you can't get your printer to print a hole perfectly, even after calibration.
