Fan timing

Is it possible to set an advance time to trigger the part cooling fan to increase speed ahead of an increase in the cooling? This would be useful if there is a delay in the cooling flow reaching the part. At the moment I have part that need local high cooling and, whilst I can set it using dynamic cooling, the airflow arrives too late to be any use. Maybe this feature exists, and if not, I suggest it as a new feature

RE: Fan timing

No this function is not part of PS.  It was added to Super Slicer many versions ago and later added to slicers such as Orca and Bambu as they also used SuSi as a source.

The forum here is a user to user forum, the devs don't hang out here.  All feature requests need to be made at the Prusa Slicer github.  However this request has already been made.  For example https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/13949   but its been around in various requests for several years now like https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/3590   in 2020 which admittedly was for a more specific use case but the same basic thing.
