I've a profile for non filled Zytel but I don't have a spool of either CF or GF Zytel

@jmone

That should work, I believe the only difference for glass filed is the nozzle temp and bed temp which I'm familiar with. I have an MK3S

@edwardbarrowman I've attached my Zytel profile but you may want to pick out values rather than load it as I've a MK3S/MMU2, Mosquito Magnum Hot End, with a Tungsten Carbide nozzle.

@jmone

the file looks strange in txt it's all one straight line and doesn't look like other ini files inside? my email is [email protected] if you could possibly send me the direct .ini file, Thank you kindly!

Hi Edward, the forum does not allow you to upload a INI file, so I just put .txt behind it.  Just remove the .txt so it says Zytel.ini.  I doubt this profile will work for your setup without changes, esp the temp as the Ruby nozzle has a lower thermal conductivity than my TC one (you will probably need to up the print temp, but you will need to experiment).  If you do load the INI directly then make sure to pick your MK3S not my MK3D/MMU2.

Ok will do, but the link you put up just shows a "text screen" and is not downloadable, if you could send it to my email that would be much appreciated!!! thank you

I would strongly recommend you ask a mod to remove your email from the forum post.  Spam engines are watching.

Hi folks, i've been getting these small lines on the walls like the photos below, any advice? I printed a test cube to see if it was anything obvious but it came out remarkably perfect.

On the cube there's internal corners to hide the layer change. I've been having this problem with CF. Selecting 'align' layer changes can help. But yeah, it's really prone to this.

I've never seen anything likes this and I've gone through a few spools of CF now.  In Prusa Slicer (which I'm presuming you use), after it is sliced, check out the preview to see if this is in the sliced model itself.

Turn on retractions and un-retractions and have a look if they line up with the lines you see.

Strange , I don't have this behaviour with this filament. A lot of oozing like you yes. Could it be the the print over the oozing filament ?
