I have a Prusa MK3S and and Ender 5+. I can add MatterHackers filaments to the Ender but not the Prusa. Why not?

I would love to know how to do that with all different brands. Whenever I use different brand other than Prusament, I just picked "Genetic PETG (or PLA)" to print.
