I've thought about this, not only for printing different objects with different rigidity TPU Air, but having different TPU Air settings for different areas of the model for finer grained rigidity control in different parts of a model. I haven't actually been able to experiment (I don't have any frothing filaments yet), but based on my experience with "Manual MMU" printing for manually changing colors on a single color/filament printer, some of those learnings might be useful here.

I don't know how the filament change is done with the MMU (not having one). My first guess is it was in the tool change g-code, but looking at the Prusa MMU profiles I don't see anything in the tool change g-code. I wonder if it is triggered in the MMU with the T# gcodes. But, the XL tool change g-code is informative. As long as you don't have an MMU (or an XL, or other printer that can automagically change filaments/tools), you may be able to get away with manually changing a single color/tool printer profile to add tools for how many you want and then copy the tool change g-code from either the 2T or 5T Prusa provided XL printer profiles. Assign the different temperature TPU Air profiles to different (now virtual) filaments and assign/paint different extruders to where you want the different TPU Air temperatures.

There may be some iteration required to dial in the correct tool change g-code...

One other filament setting that needs to be tweaked at is extrusion multiplier; the higher the temperature, the lower the flow rate needs to be, coming to as low as 55%. Any help is appreciated! 🙂
