Bug with height range modifiers and extrusion width below normal height tolerances

Hello, big fan of PrusaSlicer to the point I use it even for my Ender 3 v3 over its official slicer as it simply works better and is much more advanced.

Recently when trying to really customize a project (custom keycap) wherein I was attempting to print most of it at 0.2mm layer height and 0.32mm extrusion except for a small section where I would like to print with 0.08mm height and 0.15mm width I ran into an issue. The issue is specifically that in that area when applied via height modifier the slicer throws an error that 0.15mm width is too low to be printed at 0.2mm height, despite the range modifier specifying a layer height of 0.08mm for that area.

Further in attempting to fix that issue by making 2 layer range areas, one that surrounds a larger area and sets the height to 0.08mm and then the smaller one that sets both height and width as above, I found that only the larger area modifier would apply and would drop my smaller one defeating that solution. This is also a problem because even if the above issue was resolved I would still like to do this anyways.

I've attached a file demonstrating the first issue, and the second can be viewed by adding a second layer range around the first. Thank you!

Hi, this is a user to user forum.  If you want to raise a bug report then you need to use the Prusa Slicer github and follow the submission guidelines there after first checking you wont be opening a duplicate issue.

The PS one is located https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues
