Brim not generating for isolated interior components

I am trying to print this model: https://www.printables.com/model/33235-configurable-soroban-abacus/files. The beads are not physically attached to the rest of the model so they can slide while everything is printed in place, but the slicer has everything as one object.

PrusaSlicer (v 2.7.4) will not generate brims for the beads. I have inner and outer brims selected with a width of 2mm. All other settings are defaults.

If I turn on supports they will be generated for the beads but I have not been able to generate a brim with any settings.

I checked the stl file.
- Are you sure you want a brim on all those beads? That is a lot of work to peel it off 🙁
- Set PrusaSlicer to Expertmode. (always got, so you have all options).
- Right click the stl in the right-column. Split - > Objects.
NB: Now all beads are seperate objects what get their own brim. This works because the beads are placed on the bed by themselves. Otherwise they would have fallen down, and impossible to print as you want.

- Select Brim + slice

A better way (see attached file)

- add a small object to the plate somewhere between the beads (1 x 1 x 0.2 mm)
- right click on this opject, scroll way down, select add settings (only expertmode), choose brim type + width
select brim inner/outer + width = about100 (not too big, try a couple of sizes) and yes mm's

- slice and now the brim of that object surronds all beads, without touching them.

We will do what we have always done. We will find hope in the impossible.

I'm scaling it down so I was concerned about the small contact patches of the beads coming loose. Better to do a lot of cleaning on one print than fail several. I did discover the "Split -> Objects" fix though, but it seems to me that the automatic inner brims should have worked without it unless I am misunderstanding what that option does.
