i have printed this file plenty of times on my other printers

I'm impressed. The first layer is just a set of outlines supporting a flat surface ten layers above, you have no supports and even if you did the supported surface would be loose.

Here is the first layer:

The area in contact with the sheet is very small and it is in the nature of the part that brims would cause more problems than fixes. Make certain the print sheet is very clean, no adhesion moderators, and you should be ok.

You might get some improvement by rotating the print on the sheet to shorten bridges. The Classic perimeter generator might do better than Arachne.

Best would be to seperate the loop on the rear for later attachment so that the badge could be printed face-up.

Attached the .3mf.

I dont think its the temperature because i have printed this file plenty of times on my other printers at lesser temp. 190-200. I feel it has something to do with the overlap % maybe. Any tips for bridging would be very helpful.

Also is there way to adjust the offset height on the initial 1st layer? I feel like if i can drop the first layer a tad the prints would stick better. But i can not find the setting.

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

I would say your extrusion temp may be too low. If the temp is too low you will get poor bonding and there is more pull on the bridge. So first check the temp and if that doesn't help look at the cooling fan speed for bridging. I think the default for that is 50% but if that is too much then it could also cause problems with bridging.

I'm new to purchase slicer coming from idea maker. I have been having issues with the first layer of bridging overlapping the wall. For the life of me I can't find this setting for this, please help.

Also I am having a problem with my first layer not sticking to the print. I have used hairspray. Which kind of works most of the time. After research, I found to adjust the z height during the print. But the prusa XL does not allow me to do this. Please help.
