I didn't really know how to describe the issue but the pictures speak for themselves....

Sorry I can't upload the project, as it's a customer's design. If it's really needed, I will recreate it without the proprietary stuff.

Hard to say without knowing the file behind that result. Is that one singular mesh which includes the logo (fused by boolean fusion, not merely two grouped meshes)? If it is two meshes, does the logo intersect with the bottom object?

Are you trying to print the logo in a different colour, if so, with a single filament change at a certain layer height, or do you have a multimaterial unit of some sort? Is the other colour merely 1 layer high? If you intend to print this in another colour, 0.2 mm will not be enough thickness for most filaments to have good opacity. The background will shine through.

I think this is just a side effect of how the different infill types work. Layers 6 and 7 are close to the top of your object, so the slicer creates "solid infill" there. That's why you see a continuous surface. In layer 5 there is a mix of two different infill types: Those parts of the layer that are not underneath embossed writing on the top of your object are close enough to the top surface for solid infill. Those parts of the layer that are underneath the embossed writing are far enough away from the surface for the slicer to switch to "internal infill". If your infill percentage is below 100% then internal infill will have gaps in it -- possibly large gaps if the infill percentage is very low, so you may not even see any internal infill at all if the gaps underneath that extruded text are very small.

This should not cause any problems in the final object. If it bothers you then you could raise infill to 100% or increase Print Settings->Layers and Perimeters->Horizontal Shells->Solid Layers->Top.
