Trying to find the option responsible for the over extruding filnament. I'm enclosing my configuration. I have this problem with PETG and PLA. FLEX prints correctly. At about 3-4 layers each time I print, I have an overflow of the filnament in one point.

It is better to export the project (Files -> Save project) and upload the zipped the file instead of including the settings as text. This way all settings and used model will be included for better problem solving.
