Benchy Inconsistent Bow Speed

Hi all,

Problem: PrusaSlicer changes the outer perimeter speed around the benchy's bow. Screenshot of sliced print attached.

I've tried to lower the outer perimeter speed to a low value (10 mm/s). In this case, all external perimeter, except for the area around the bow have a consistent 10mm/s speed (second picture). But, I would expect a uniform 10 mm/s speed across the entire external perimeter.

What settings could I change in PrusaSlicer to avoid the speed variation around the benchy's bow?
