All Filament Presets have Disappeared
Using Core One with Prusa Slicer 2.9.3. A few days ago I started having printing issues (print head would loose registration and start printing somewhere else; absorbing heat would go on for hours; poor bed adhesion). Today I noticed that the only filament listed was named "Undefined", none of my pre-sets were available and I was not able to load them when running Configuration Assistant (I could select them but after pressing "Finish" they were still missing from the filament drop down menu.) The filament "Undefined" had strange settings like 0 for bed temperature and 0 for chamber temperature. Nozzle temperature was set to 200 so the printer would print (I had to cancel heat absorption) but basically just made a mess on the bed. I updated to 2.9.4 and I see that some default print settings have changed but 2.9.4 did not solve the filament issue. Currently I created a PLA setting by manually changing some of the settings but I am not sure if I have set all of them correctly (and I have no idea if other default settings for speed, acceleration, etc. are correct for PLA. I have a good idea how to mange this printer but I am at a loss. All suggestions appreciated...

RE: All Filament Presets have Disappeared
Can you use Configuration Snapshots, in the configuration menu, in Prusa slicer, to restore a previous setup where the presets are present?

RE: All Filament Presets have Disappeared
Hi! Yes, that would likely have worked. I solved the issue by deleting the printer .INI files in the Prusa directory. Open Prusa Slicer and go to "Help / Show Configuration Folder / Printer" and delete the .INI file for the printer (my file was named Prusa CORE One MMU3 0.4 nozzle - Copy.ini). Close Prusa Slicer and then re-start it, the program will now create a new INI file based on the settings you chose when setting up configuration. In my case it loaded a new file based on my defaults and the printer has worked flawlessly since then. I have no idea how this gremlin crept into the system. It happened at about the same time that 2.9.4 was released but I don't think that is the issue as the system is currently happy with 2.9.4. I was fighting with an STL file I had downloaded from Printables, maybe that was somehow the cause. Anyhow, problem solved and so hopefully this solution will work for others noting the same issue... Good Luck...
