3mf file not importing settings?
I am still very new to all this printing stuff (despite printing for over a year)...
I am having difficulty with certain aspects of a print ( https://www.printables.com/model/357451-hopper-cars-dragonrailway/files). The author has stated, across the various models, that "print settings are in the Cura file" which is the .3mf file. When I open any of these in PrusaSlicer, no print settings are uploaded, just the object. Is this user error on my end, or does the linked .3mf file not have any print settings included?

It's unlikely that Cura settings would be any use in Prusa slicer because the names of the variables are all different.
I Believe a 3MF File is actually a ZIP File internally, you could try copying one of the .3mf files, renaming it as a Zip File, then unzipping it,
to see if there are any more files, other than STL Files!
fusion360 can export .3mf files, but they don't include slicer processing settings, just th model files,

3mf is a generic format. It you loaded it into cura the cura settings would be there. Load it into Prusa slicer and it will only understand the model files and will ignore anything it doesn’t ie the cura settings.
.3mf is a subset of .zip format. In theory a diligent designer could include several alternative shape files and settings for several different slicers then, whichever slicer was used, the correct settings for that slicer would be loaded. I don't know of anyone who has done so other than as an intellectual exercise, probably because few designer are familiar with multiple slicers — it remains an option for team efforts. I imagine the group most likely to use the facility are manufacturers providing spare parts files for the widest range of repairers.
