3D Connexion mouse still not working
I thought that the latest update to PrusaSlicr (2.2.0) was supposed to support the 3D Connexion mouse, but I'm finding that it's still just allowing zoom only. Anyone else? Am I missing something obvious?
RE: 3D Connexion mouse still not working
It is fully working for me on MacOS.

I'm running Win 10
RE: 3D Connexion mouse still not working
and mine is working on Windows 10 (spacemouse compact wired).
The original support in PS doesnt use any of the settings from the spacemouse software as they didnt have access to the driver. You had to bring up the spacemouse settings panel in Slicer where they had their own control sliders, Cntrl+M for that panel.
I dont know if its current or not but I saw over on github a mention that they now have access to the driver and so were changing things to work with that instead of their own panel. Not sure if thats 'live' in 2.2.0 though.
There was also some issue with USB dongles and the way they were being accessed. Dont remember the details around that though as mine is wired.
You should probably read this https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/3937

Yes, mine is wireless running on a USB dongle. That could be my problem. I see in the Space Mouse manager that I am in the PrusaSlicr settings, but none of the settings in there "take".

@neophyl
That's a good read and it allowed the mouse to start working, but it's way too slow and doesn't respond to the speed settings in the 3D Connexion manager.
RE: 3D Connexion mouse still not working
In PrusaSlicer 2.2.0 the 3DConnexion Windows driver is bypassed and the mouse movements are read directly from the device. Changing settings in 3D Connexion Manager will not change the setting inside PrusaSlicer. I think this is changed in the next release.
