[Solved] 2.4.2 Upgrade Not Working

2.4.2 Upgrade Not Working

I just upgraded to the latest 2.4.2 on Windows 10 and now the program won't start. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and even went back to 2.4.1 with no luck. This is the error I'm getting. Any help or ideas appreciated.

Found the .ini file it didn't like and deleted it.
