PrusaSlicer -- How to delete system preset filaments?
I do not have any of the, "System presets" filaments and having to scroll to the bottom of that list all the time is getting old, fast. Try as I may, I can find no way, either in the program or in files/folders/registry, to get rid of them. There's nothing but my own few filament files in the the filament/ folder and I removed all the presets from the vendor/PrusaResearch.ini file but they're still showing up in the filament drop down list. Deleting the cache/*.idx file makes no difference either (stab in the dark, that one.) Deleting vendor/* does nothing either. Printer and Print [settings] went away when I removed them from PrusaResearch.ini but all the filaments are stubbornly just sticking around.

Try dropping down the configuration mnu bar, then selecting configuration Wizard, and deleting the un wanted filaments, in there!

I try to make safe suggestions,You should understand the context and ensure you are happy that they are safe before attempting to apply my suggestions, what you do, is YOUR responsibility. Location Halifax UK
RE:
There is multiple ways. I'll give you simplest one with minimum change. Disclaimer: Touching vendor file isn't recommended. If you let PrusaSlicer update profile presets it will automatically overwrite this. Easiest way to clear all vendor filaments from sight (but not deleted) is to edit PrusaResearch.ini in C:\users\username\appdata\prusa-xxxxx\vendor. techzpod.com mobdro app

One of my pet peeves about Prusaslicer... I wish the User Presets would show first. I did open a ticket on Github to that end (#7509).
