RE: MK4(s) to core one with INDX conversion

Biggest issue with an upgrade path is the old parts you cannot use or even sell.  This is always stated by users.  If the upgrade isn't overly costly and you are replacing old parts, that is one thing.  Buying a brand new printer only to upgrade what you want and then have parts you cannot use doesn't make sense.  If the path is for a printer that has been out for a few years, that is one thing.  If it is for a new printer, then not it is not a good path.

My MK3s+ to a MK3.5s is part of a process and timing to incorporate a REVO head and MMU3 and to save time and from what I have seen, improve quality on a 3yr old printer.

I am looking at a new printer and it will be multi-head.  I was in the process of designing one when I saw the INDX head.  I did look at the XL when I bought my MK3 but I was new into 3D printing and couldn't justify it at the time.  I won't be purchasing a system that will require an upgrade.  Even a single head INDX machine is better than any upgrade path.  At least, the upgrade path is only more heads.  No different than a single head XL.  Once the INDX head is commonly available, it should be the standard head if it works as good as advertised.  I can see someone purchasing a Core One+ INDX and getting a head every couple of months till they are at a setup that they need.
