But they truly need to make this indx system the best, it need to handle hotter temp or as hot as 65 degrees FAST and it needs to be enclosed or we are going back.
I will start looking for alternatives, I presume bondtech is going to sell this system to another company as well, and it might be to invest in a different printer system, open source maybe?
100% agree.

What's very interesting about the Bambu ecosystem is just how often they make you agree to their EULA. It's every time you logon to anything of theirs... anything.

Moreover, they are currently preventing people to downloading the latest firmwares for their printers, thus causing people to get antsy and use the Bambu Handy app, which get's really upset when you block functionality in IOS, for example.

I have the printers setup so that they are LAN only and blocked at the boarder firewall. Huge concerns with IP theft.

Still... they blow the crap out of the Core One when it comes to multimaterial. The issues with the MMU3 and the core one integration were awful by comparison, as was the technical support for it. For now, the H2C is the go to for multimaterial and a non-industrial printer (don't get me wrong, I have ~2000 hours on the H2D upgraded H2C unit I have , and I had over 1000 on the core one, but I'm not sure I consider the H2C truly industrial.)

INDX has to shine out of the box to be an contender... the growing pains of the Core One need to not happen with the INDX.

Correct, which defeats the purpose of an enclosed index system. The goal is to be able to print with multiple materials and not just multiple colours. So unless this is enclosed properly then it is a no starter. There are cheap machines able to do multiple colour for much less than the cost of a prusa with indx. Less colours, sure, but you can buy several machines for the cost of one prusa.

So where is the angle here? Where are the gains?

The only way forward with this system is a properly enclosed unit, that can reach proper temperature and manage VOCs better while doing multiple materials in multiple colours... enclosed. Otherwise this indx system makes absolutely no sense, turning a good decent enclosed system - that cannot exceed 55degrees - into a very expensive downgrade.

I suspect Core one upgrade to manage high temp soon. Otherwise Prusa will.be obsolete soon.

Adding a 3rd party chamber heater is an option, but there are concerns whether the components inside the chamber (toolhead motor & electronics, XY motors, belts, camera) would still work reliably at higher temperatures. The most recent firmware actually lowers the temperature limit for the chamber.

It's a bit funny how many people are baffled by the rigid-flex circuit. It is a pretty typical thing to see in more compact electronics. They are perfectly suitable and durable for this sort of application. They are fine with heat as well, they get used for embedded heaters in some applications (using the board as a big resistor, basically). That PCB is only going to get flexed a handful of times at most during installation.

Circuits are made from layers of circuit board material bonded together. The woven fiberglass cores get pressed together, with the polyimide layer and some adhesive layers in between. As long as you are not abusive to it, it's held together pretty well at that point.
