Nozzle Crash - Firmware Bug

This is repeatable, this is not the typical nozzle cleaning failure, this only occurs if I stop this print 3 times in a row (original encounter while adjust brims gaps), it will fail on the 3 print. The nozzle crashes into the plate and obviously fails the cleaning checking. It is the crashing, the nozzle works fine, not mechanical. I can repeat this with any nozzle and build plate doing this same exact thing. You can see the damage this has done to all my build plates. Nevermind this is a $150 Diamond nozzle Prusa is smashing around.  I've been with Prusa support 3 times on this issue. Can't wait for a 4th to show them they have a serious firmware bug, Prusa was blaming mechanical.

RE: Nozzle Crash - Firmware Bug

Correction. If I stop the print 2 times in a row, it occurs on the 3rd attempt.

RE:

Here is a high res vid what it looks like, the plate z doesn't move correctly and the nozzle pushes hard into the plate and then scrapes along at the end and fails.
