Frequent Nozzle Clogs Despite Using Default Settings

My first three prints went smoothly. Since then, the print head keeps clogging. You can tell because of the clicking sound and the fact that no filament is being extruded. I have tested both nozzles that came with the printer, and the problem occurs with both. I am printing with Prusament PLA using the 0.20mm BALANCED profile. Can someone help me? The print then looks like this.

I’m a bit frustrated, because as a beginner I thought it should work with the default settings.

Clogging or not feeding? It sounds like you are able to get the print going again between failures?

It is clogging. I have to pull the filament out of the nozzle to be able to print again
