How to connect a hose to the filter unit?
I ordered the Prusa Core One L with the extra filter unit. I want to connect this filter unit to a central suction system.
Are there parts for this? What diameter hose can we use?
We want to prepare this so that we can start printing when the printer arrives.

I'm not sure if the Core One L uses the same exhaust fans / cutout as the Core One, but I have an exhaust duct fitting on Printables that works well. If nothing else, you could use it as a template for your own adjusted design. My apologies if the layout isn't compatible. A quick search on Reddit seemed to suggest that the filtration unit is the same, so there's a chance this one will work for you also.

I re-read your post and realized that I missed that you are using the filter box. You can probably disregard the above response if you must use the filtration. I use the above adapter on my Core One to take "unfiltered" air directly outside, and I supplement the exhaust fans using an externally powered PC fan on the far end of the exhaust hose. This offers the benefit of safely exhausting all dirty air even if there is a leak along the hose somewhere. This may still be an option if you decide the filter isn't needed, but otherwise you'll have to look elsewhere to adapt from the filter box to an exhaust line. I'd be surprised if there aren't workable designs already out there on Printables.
I did a similar design for a Qidi printer at work, and that one DOES pull the air through an integrated filter, but it drastically restricts the exhaust flow. I've flip-flopped on whether to remove the filter there as well and simply exhaust more effectively.
