<p>The regulation is not only an "issue" of EU. Try to answer following question:</p>
<p>What is the difference between</p>
<ul>
<li>a printer bought from Prusa or any other manufacturer (it doesn't matter if buying directly or via a dealer/reseller) and</li>
<li>a PC (computer) you assemble yourself with parts you bought yourself (it doesn't matter if you buy all parts from one source/shop/dealer or from different sources because of different prices)?</li>
</ul>
<p>I bring up the example with a PC, because people are sometime referring to a PC - "<em>I can build a PC with a power supply...why not building a printer with a a/c bed...?</em>"</p>

Who knows?</p></blockquote><p>Electrical safety rules on what you can do as a private person are not aligned within EU countries either, quite a complicated subject.
