VFA or not ?

Hi

Printing a model in PRUSAment PetG using 0,2 structural setting with an HF 0,4 hardend steel nozzle

Gantry symmetry is as expected and I tried to set belt with new wizard and Tuning app on iPhone

Input shaper and phase stepping is calibrated using the Prusa accelerometer

Must confess that I still don't really have much love for the belt tuning app or the new wizard

Looking at the print I thing there is still some VFA,

What are you thinking and if yes how to get rid of it

Sascha

Borderline, try slowing the print a little.

Cheerio,

RE: VFA or not ?

Since this doesn't show in balanced setting, it seems to be a result of reduced speed already

Cheerio,

Either that, or/and reduce the acceleration values. With some PETG types I had, this was always a setting that brought visible improvement.PS: Be careful—the printing will slow down, so don't be surprised.
