Shifting layers

Hello

I just purchased 2 Core one printers and i have layer shifting problem. When i print one part everything is ok but when i put a full build plate it stars shifting. It prints the bottom 5 layers perfectly but once it starts print the infill layer ( 6th layer ) it shifts.

RE: Shifting layers

Not much to go with here. It's usually best to post a zip compressed 3mf project file so we can check your model and your settings.

If your printer is physically okay (no loose belts, grub screws tight), the most likely causes are warping or the use of grid infill, which both can lead to the nozzle hitting the previous layer, resulting in a layer shift. If you don't see the first layer peeling off, my first stab would be to try cubic or gyroid infill.

RE: Shifting layers

There is a known bug when using "avoid crossing perimeters" feature. Did you enabled it?

The printers are brand new. I received them last Friday ( assembled from the factory ). I checked all the belts, screws everything is ok. It's very weird, I loaded the same files this morning and it prints fine...... I'm using the basic settings, 3 walls, 3 top and bottom layers. For the infill, I use adaptive cubic. I'll try to print more and will come back with an update.
