Recommended nozzle for PETG-CF on the Core One?
I have both the default brass 0.4 nozzle, and an the ObXidian 0.6 nozzle. My initial research suggested going with the larger, hardened 0.6 nozzle due to the CF particles, but I thought I'd reach out here first to see if any others have already tried this material, and what nozzle and settings they're getting good results with. Thanks in advance!
CF will chew through a brass nozzle within the printing of a single spool ...
As a general rule any inclusions require a larger nozzle, 0.6mm is fine and the ObXidian finish will resist the CF for several months.
A no-brainer.
Cheerio,

Just beware of PolyMaker PA CF filaments. They put something there which wears even ObXidian diamonds based coating. (Mentioned at E3D nozzle product website.)

I've been printing a lot of PC-CF with 0.4mm Obxidian nozzles just fine, so I assume PETG-CF would be fine too.
