<p>I've used cleaning filament before on my MK4S. You basically setup the nozzle temp to whatever is specified and run it through the nozzle. One way would be to set it up as a custom filament in the Filament section, do a few purges and then unload it. Alternatively can do a cold pull. Prusa recently added a cold pull wizard to the 6.5.0-alpha firmware. I've been running that for a few days now (the firmware) and seems pretty stable. </p>
<p>What I'm not sure about is whether or not you need to remove the Bowden tube first and feed it directly into the extruder. I suppose that depends on how much you have. </p>]]></content:encoded>
