PETG hardened nozzle
I have decided to stop using PETG on the Core One - absolute pain with a hardened nozzle and unreliable prints with a brass nozzle - both high flow.
I am at this point in my printing life "I want to press play and a perfect print appears" - ASA PLA prints like a dream......
Is there an alternative filament to PETG at a similar price point that doesn't stick to the nozzle. Appreciate your advice Cheers Gezz
RE:
I print PETG without too many issues on my C1. I'm using an E3D hardened HF nozzle. Sure, filament strings accumulate if the print is stringing: so PETG requires better "tuning" for temps and retraction. Temp towers, sigh. But this is common in all filaments if they start to string.
I also NEVER use the C1 SPEED profiles; NEVER. They are worthless, virtually guarantying a bad print in anything.
