PETG-CF "stringing"? Humidity levels or CF strands?

Just getting my first samples done, and notice that, on smaller parts, there are lots of strands on the prints. They clean up quite well, so I can't tell if it's the typical PETG stringing, or if they're just actual fibers that are getting tossed around. Also notice that it doesn't seem to handle small details too well. My humidity levels are around 22%, does it need to be lower? Thoughts?

Here's an example where it didn't have any issues at all; very clean print and lovely layer patterns

Here, on a smaller part, it seems to show the stringing:

It seems to clean up nicely enough though.

It doesn't seem to like small details, so I removed them from the final design.
