On the same print two identical overhangs succeeds and fails

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with inconsistent overhang quality on a symmetrical part. The object is a frame printed vertically with Prusa PLA, and it has significant 60-degree overhangs (1).

As shown in the attached photos, the overhang on the right side of the printed result (2) looks great, but the overhang on the left side has noticeable sagging and loose strings. This is happening even though the slicer preview (3) shows that the g-code prints both sides in the exact same way—starting with the inner perimeter before moving to the overhang.

Could this be caused by an issue with my printer's setup, like part cooling or fan direction? What print settings would you recommend trying to improve the quality of the left side?

I appreciate any insights you can offer!
