New: Need help understanding supports on this print
I am in my first week of 3D printing, and wanted to try this sponge holder:

I opened the .3MF in Prusa Slicer, and of course it will print standing up on end, with no support for the sponge drip lip that hangs over the sink edge. So Prusa Slicer warns about stability and suggest turning on supports. I have never read about how to use supports for a print. Is it a different type of filament that you load, or is there some training video someone can share? Looking to learn how to best print this item.
