Layer bulge or "smoosh" after print is done?
Another mystery issue I'm looking to get insight with. The part on the bottom had these really bad layer bulges. This was a print that finished overnight, so I thought maybe warping occurred during cooldown, but when I reprinted it (top), everything looked fine while printing, and I went to grab the print about 5min after it finished. the lines are still there, but not as prominent. Anything I'm missing?
Wondering if there's something about the part's geometry that could be affecting this; will post more angles of the part below:

Print stats to help diagnose:
Prusament PLA
0.6mm nozzle
.32mm layer height

From the look of it, one corner detached and the produced the squeeze. It rectified itself so no other visible damage. Try with a brim, glue, etc etc?
2nd picture from above seems to show that the bulge started where the corner lifted (see the bottom corner going inward)

Thanks for your input. So if I'm understanding you correctly, you're saying there's a possibility its related to 1st layer adhesion issues? Is this typical for larger parts?
I'm using the Smooth PEI sheet, and always clean the plate before every print with 90% Alcohol wipes. I noticed the curled bottom layer, but can't say when it happened, if during cooling, or during the print.
I'll try the Brim and see if that helps. Thanks!
