Help With Support Settings for Torus Shaped Bottom

Core One using JAREES PETG, the latest Prusa Slicer version, 0.4 nozzle, Overture PETG filament setting, 0.1mm fast detail profile.

I started printing this part with the torus shape oriented upwards and I don't get a flat surface on the lip which is critical.

Next I flipped it over with the torus shape facing the bed with supports enabled and I get an artifact where the part contacts the bed which is undesirable.

Finally I tried adding 3 raft layers but the part birdnested when printing because it didn't stay attached to the supports .

Any suggestions on what to try next? I'm trying to achieve the best surface finish possible with minimal post processing for small run production. I'm open to change filaments but it needs to be as close to the color of brown kraft paper as possible and it needs to survive hot temps if left in a car in the summer and other thin wall parts need to be printed from the same filament to match and can't be brittle so I think PLA is out.

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.
