Has anyone tried Siraya Tech Fibreheart PPA yet? - How do I print this? (Printing help)

Before I do that, I need more information. What are you printing? What size/type nozzle are you using? What type of print sheet?

If you want to start with something generic then, for a HF0.4mm nozzle: 250C nozzle, 70C bed, 19 mm^3/s max volumetric speed, 1.016 extrusion multiplier and 0.38% XY and Z shrinkage. The only thing really that you can use across all prints is the shrinkage. Everything else really depends on what you are printing and with what kind of nozzle.

If you want to attach your zipped 3MF I can tweak the settings for you.

One note about Siraya PPA. It is VERY hydroscopic. It needs to go directly from the dryer to the dry box and printed from the dry box. I printed with it exposed to room humidity which was around 45%. After 3-4 hours it absorbed enough water that it had to be dried again.

Siraya PPa cf good material,petg printing quality.

PA12cf fiberlogy bed warping cca 0,5-1mm

Z warping cca 50mm -0,5mm

Pa12cf strong warping ,bad material.

I printed a bit with siraya ppa-cf, not as straight forward. Its to brittle for the C1, but after replacing the idler lever with a different one with only one wheel it stopped braking of in the extruder. Results are excellent so far, very strong even at 290degees, a bit more would be nice:)

Lowered the nozzle temp and got severe layer shift. Will put it back and try again.

On my latest print with the Fibreheart PPA, I noticed some stringing so I'll try lowering the nozzle temp. I'm reasonably close to settings that work well with this filament. Also, will try a slightly lower extrusion multiplier and check dimensional accuracy.

That's pretty cool. I've been wanting to try softer TPUs but I'm really not interested in having to take the Bowden apart and try to feed it into the extruder directly. TPU 95A works well enough but it's limiting.

OK, this is my new favorite filament. It's insanely strong and prints as easily as PETG once the temps are dialed in. Only negative is it doesn't come in other colors but then for an "engineering" filament I suppose color is not important. This was printed on a Prusa Nylon sheet
