Gridfinity 4x5 bin and Prusament PLA

Hi there,

Just finished the build of my new beautifull Core One+

I’m trying to print a Gridfinity bin of size 4x5, no magnet holes, very simple bin (stl attached here gf-rebuilt-bin-4x5x6-s1x3-Standard-030d2). I’m doing it with a Prusament PLA (nice Lipstick Red!)

According to you experience, should it be good with the following configuration:

  • Everything default
  • But the infill, from Grid to Gyroid

Bed is, I believe, thoroughly cleaned. I use 90% IPA. I tried with both the smooth PEI sheet and the Satin one.

Unfortunately, I get warping on each corner, the nozzle starts to rub on the printed piece, so I stop the job.

I thought default config of PrusaSlicer was a very good start. what am I missing? Saw of lot of post around the web about warping (with confusing advices sometimes), but mainly there are 2 categories of advices: improve stickiness with cleaning and avoid internal forces by playing with temperatures evolution by layer.

Now I do not know where to start. Any help?

Thanks a lot,

Regards,

Me
