Furry seam line from top to bottom on CoreOne (not present on XL)
Hi everyone,
I’m getting a furry or rough seam line that runs from the top of the print all the way to the bottom on my Prusa CoreOne. It’s ruining the surface aesthetics of otherwise clean prints.
Interestingly, the same model and G-code print perfectly fine on my Prusa XL, so it seems to be specific to the CoreOne.
I’ve checked basic factors like filament quality and temperature, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else seen this or have tips on how to minimize or eliminate the seam line on the CoreOne? Any suggestions for slicer settings (like seam position, retraction, or pressure advance) that might help would be appreciated.
